Well, I’m retired & I sit way too much. I use a “bouncer” (rebounder) for walking in the cold winter. Now I also have these exercises for my TV watching. Thank you!

Great article! I think one of the biggest problems for a lot of people is that they are afraid to walk into a gym because of the intimidation. Home gyms are another great way to solve that problem. In addition to these great methods you have listed, a good, affordable piece of home gym equipment can do wonders.
