Hello Harvard MS,
I am a retired General Medical Practitioner in England, and I am trying to help to reverse my wife’s Alzheimer’s disease.
We were both pre diabetic, and have been having a low carb ketogenic diet and doing intermittent fasting. This is helping enormously, but my wife is taking longer than I to achieve metabolic flexibility.
I believe that the reason for this is NAFL
She needs to reduce her weight by a further seven pounds, to bring her BMI down to about 20. It was 24.
I hope that you can include this sort of information in your posts, in order to give people examples of what is needed for them to achieve the same sort of results.

Very educative and timely. I will make conscious effort to lose weight and stay healthy. Will also inform family and friends of what I have read from your blog. Thank you.
