I’m on a strict regime never felt better I am now 71 had it 56 yrs my brilliant late mam read every book on Banting &Best and was very strict with my diet but it payed off iv never had any serious complications now on a pump which is brilliant

Thanks for the information on the 2 different types of diabetes. I was always a little confused between types 1 and 2. It’s interesting that most diabetics are actually type 2. It’s sad when you realize that it could mostly be avoided if we just ate natural organic foods, drank natural organic fruit and vegetable juice and walked 20 minutes a day. And yet obesity is running rampant in the U.S.
