Full Assessment of all the work that’s going to happen to you all at risk and benefits should be presented to you
So you can make an informed decision Only you make the decision

That you should know who the LEAD SURGEON is that operating on you at all times that if there are switched out for any reason you’re informed that the surgeon you thought was operating on you in fact is not he’s being substituted by another surgeon
Know what procedures they are doing to your.body that everything is explained to you

You have the final. Say what you agreed to not the doctor it’s your choice given a informed consent
