Yogurt is a health food. But many yogurt products contain things that you could do without, like added sweeteners. What should you look for in a healthy yogurt? What are some easy and appealing ways to include more yogurt in your meals? For tips, we asked Dr. Michelle Hauser, a clinical fellow in medicine at Harvard Medical School and a certified chef and nutrition educator.
