Good write up you have there. I have learned 2 important things:
1. Go through the materials I want to remember for several days. If possible daily which will be my strategy and,
2. Followed by 7-9 hours of sleep eah night.

hi I am a retired veteran and have trouble sleeping I so used to getting up in the morning early and now I don’t have to get up early I also have sleep apnea and have a machine I would like to improve my sleeping
