It is really interesting that a Mediterranean diet seems to help with sleep patterns. I am going to monitor this to see if it helps my sleep. I definitely find that sugar late in the evening seems to be disruptive. Also, I have difficulty sleeping if I exercise too late.
Thank you for your comment Patricia. Yes–keeping a log about your sleep is a great idea. Other people have also reported that exercising late in the afternoon or in the evening makes it difficult for them to fall asleep. You are not alone there!
