Some claim fructose is healthier than other sugars as it has a low glycaemic index so does not raise blood sugar levels as much as glucose.

Stevia is not a sugar. Stevia is a sugar substitute. It comes from a leaf, is much sweeter than sugar and has no calories.

THis is a nice article but it leaves out all of the other added sugars that are being used now to replace sugar.
For example, stevia.
Can you lend your expertise in this area as well, please.

Monk fruit sugar
Coconut sugar
Please advise.
Am diabetic and need the higher fructose concentrations. Agave is mostly GMO in USA & I avoid it.
