In my observation, for South Asians, our hot climate promote sweaty and oily skin, but living in the US, or above or below the equator does affect us due to the lack of food diversity. Whereas, back home, we get plentiful of vegetables and seafood, which help our oil production and the hot weather for improve blood circulation. In the US, the cold weather constrict our vein, green vegetables are more expensive because it still requires human labor to harvest. I recommend more exercise and hydration for Asian people, along with more green leafy vegetables and fish during winter season.
