Jigar Mehta is the manager of outpatient pharmacy operations for pharmacy at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He leads initiatives to improve medication access, promote adherence, and strengthen transitions of care across outpatient pharmacy services. A board-certified ambulatory care pharmacist, Dr. Mehta has been recognized for advancing practice innovation and workforce development through his leadership in the Massachusetts Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and committee involvement with the American Pharmacists Association. He earned his doctor of pharmacy degree from Northeastern University.
