I look forward to a followup article listing the caveats associated with eating meat, dairy, and eggs. This article leaves the impression that only vegans have to be extremely careful and knowledgable and, by implication, that omnivores/carnivores don’t need to worry about such things. Hence the chronic diseases rampant in the US and other “developed” countries — which are being exported around the world.
