I have learned from my experience that along with proper medication and regular checkups we need to analyze over selves regularly. Along with the sleeping pills we also look for alternatives as well to handle the situation. Some time change in lifestyle or change in day to day routine also help to get rid of these medicine. So take medicine only for short time when you badly need it otherwise look for alternative.
