I really appreciate blog posts that directly address misinformation online respectfully while still sticking to the facts of the matter. While weight itself isn’t the only measure of health, it is an important measure that should be taken into holistic consideration of overall health. Exercise definitely has numerous health benefits, but it cannot make up for an unhealthy diet and weight. All too often, younger people have not yet experienced the consequences of being overweight or obese and do not take their health seriously until it is too late. Thank you for clarifying this issue so succinctly.
