When I stopped eating grains and dairy the hair loss stopped for me (as well as numerous other conditions the docs kept telling me are just a ‘normal’ sign of getting older… at the mere age of 28!).

How about PCOS and hair loss. I was 11 years old when it started. I am a senior now. My hair is quite diffusely thin. I think you never get rid of PCOS.
Any recommendations?
Thank you.

My hair had thinned Considerably so I tried keratin. Did not work for me. I remembered my mother predominantly using two thins when I was young. Bergamot and sulfur 8. I ord them and in about three weeks my hair had both thickened and grow two or three inches. I also added castor oil at the suggestion of a neighbor who used it with good results.

Did you use a cream of the Bergaman and mix all of this stuff together? Did you use it daily? Thank you.

Hi Ms. Sullivan,
I’m curious, did you apply these topically or ingest them? I was disappointed this article didn’t address biotin, keratin, collagen or hyaluronic acid.
Thanks!

Do you mean just regular castor oil and do you apply it to the scalp where hair is thin ? Thanks in advance, Donna T.
