People nowadays cannot put down their phones even on one hour, we hope everyone will learn from this mistake it will make the human prisoners of the gadgets. They should try to slow down the pace of their lives, have a slow walk in the park with your friends or family talk to each other, have a meaningful conversation, spend some physical activity with them and break a sweat.

Thank you for your article regarding cell phone usage risks.
The closing suggestion that “So, if you’re reading this post on your cell phone while walking or otherwise on the move, please put your phone away and watch where you’re going!” would have been more preventative to avoid injury to pedestrians or drivers reading it had the sentence been placed at the beginning of the article.
