Thank you for an eye opening article like this. “shinrin-yoku”, taking a forest bath… a Japanese concept. Trust that beautiful culture that emphasises being one with nature to come up with such a soothing method.
Absolutely intriguing. I had never heard of
Forest Therapy Guides. Plus for this to have been around since the 1980’s! Very interesting.
