Dr. Yee-Ping Sun is an assistant professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School and a cardiologist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) specializing in heart valve disease. His research interests include structural echocardiography for evaluating minimally invasive heart procedures, including transcatheter aortic valve replacement, percutaneous mitral valve repair, and left atrial appendage closure. He also serves as program director for the cardiovascular disease fellowship at BWH.
Dr. Sun received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School. He was chosen to be chief resident at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and completed a fellowship at Columbia University Medical School.
