The American Heart Association's new 203-page guidelines on CPR and emergency cardiac care are available from the organization's Web site. If you want to learn CPR, you can find courses in your area taught by the American Heart Association or your local American Red Cross chapter. To learn at home, check out the heart association's CPR Anytime kit.
