Four states currently publish reports cards for individual cardiac surgeons
Massachusetts
The state's Executive Office of Health and Human Services reports on nine different operations. Heart-related reports that include volume or report cards are available for abdominal aortic aneurysm, carotid endarterectomy, coronary artery bypass grafting, and percutaneous coronary intervention (angioplasty).
