Some days, do you feel like the Energizer Bunny with a weak battery? You start strong, but by midafternoon you can't quite keep going and going.

Fatigue afflicts everyone at one time or another, but it tends to become more common with aging. Assuming your doctor has ruled out serious medical causes, there are a few basic steps you can take to feel less fatigued day to day. Start by accepting that your battery may not be able to store quite the charge it used to.
