I have seen the so called “long term effects” of smoking marijuana, mental illness and such, but i have also seen people that have smoked for 10s of years and still show no signs of mental illness. i beleive a lot of it comes down to a persons psychological state in general and the reasons for smoking, it is known that people that already have mental illness albeit mild are more likely to take drugs, smoke marijuana
We all know that smoking (whatever) is bad for both smokers and people around them. Now the latter can be nullified. Have a look at the vaporizer.
Even though NORML admits that about 15% of the population can become addicted to marijuana… where does it state that this plant causes as much deaths per/year then say tobacco or alcohol, or even compared to hit&runs for example….
I think that the vaporizer is the healthy alternative to smoking and I agree with you! Although, they do say that smoking is bad, but if you are inhaling vapor and not smoke, then that should be at least a positive benefit so to speak. I am NOT the FDA by any means ,)
To your success and proper health ,) keep vaporizing your medicinal herbs!
Cigarette is injurious the health but so many smoking the people. I think government must be banned the cigarettes because it’s not good for health.
I note the cigarette as the main delivery of the marijuana for patient care, but surely the longer-term effects of the smoke and tars should also be considered? Modern equipment for vaporizing, as used in aromatherapy, removes much of the harmful particulates and tars associated with smoking. For patients requiring specialist medical treatment this is an alternative worth considering, surely?
Nice post! I feel high right now just seeing the joint, Is marijuana really been used to help cancer patients?
Cannabis for medical purposes under strict medical supervision is a thing that society should have accepted a long, long time ago. people sell people want … Every well-thinking person has heard and read enough proof that this is a undeniable fact. Marijuana is a strain that can be kept so pure and clean that is could replace a lot of chemical (human-made) substances that are at the moment being produced for the simple reason of revenue. and the first thing to do is to take out all competition,… in this case the notorious Marijuana plant.. she is being a threat already with it’s appearance in the fabric industry. i am happy to live in Holland at the moment. So far this powerful herb has not been banned from this society and people have their own will to decide whether or not they are interested in the plant. People are allowed to grow it themselves for personal use. Which has led to new developed strains that are Autoflowering and Feminized and no longer dependent on sunlight and a proper environment. On the internet you can find specialist breeders, that could put a smile on Arnold Schwarzenegger’s face and provide the government with excellent biological knowledge how to get the best out of the plants with autoflowering techniques.
Thanks sir for sharing such a useful information.
We are working to get information out there on the proper way to use marijuana. We even went to the UMC Groningen to show EB patients there is a better way then smoking it.
I drop a comment wvneeher I especially enjoy a post on a blog or if I have something to add to the conversation. It is a result of the sincerness communicated in the post I read. And after this post Medical Marijuana Maine: Registered Primary Caregiver Just another WordPress site Medical Marijuana South Carolina. I was moved enough to drop a thought I do have a couple of questions for you if it’s allright. Is it only me or do a few of the remarks come across like they are coming from brain dead people? And, if you are posting at additional online sites, I’d like to keep up with you. Would you make a list all of your communal sites like your twitter feed, Facebook page or linkedin profile?
Marijuana / Cannabis is certainly psychologically addictive. [URL removed by moderator]
It is amazing to me how some people think that since they can easily stop smoking weed that no one can suffer from marijuana addiction. Even NORML admits that about 15% of the population can become addicted to marijuana.
Each individual must decide for themselves if they have a marijuana addiction and about 45,000 people in the US alone, DO each year.
